Presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama spoke at an Associated Press Luncheon about a number of topics including American political culture, the role of the media in politics, economic concerns and foreign policy issues. He also defended his “poor word choices” in remarks about bitterness amongst the electorate and the use of organized religion in response to fear and uncertainty. Following prepared remarks he answered questions from the audience.
